Greta

I had just lost my beautiful girl Bailey, a black female aged 10. I was devastated beyond words. I wasn’t sure if I would be ready to adopt another Greyhound, but wanted to visit Upstate Greyhound Adoption’s farm to “look”. I met the irresistible Greta and knew I found my next Greyhound to love. Upstate Greyhound was very sure to check my references before releasing Greta to me, ensuring she was going to live in a good home. The volunteers showed great concern and love for their dogs, and encouraged me to call with any questions, concerns or problems. Their Greyhounds are beautiful, well cared for dogs and I highly recommend their organization. - Lori Hertzan

Sheba Sheba is a great dog! She loves people and is good with children and other dogs. When we brought her home, she quickly made herself at home. She is also very smart - seems to know what you are saying to her. Skip Skip worked out very well for us. We fell in love with her almost instantly. We didn't have any adjustment problems- even with two Siamese cats. Skip would rather leave the room than get into any confrontation with them.
